A. If cancellations are made one week (+) (Overseas booking 1 mo in advance) before your reservation, a 50% refund can be expected. If cancellations are made in less than one week, even in the case the appointment is confirmed that same week, a no refund can be expected but rescheduling is encouraged!!! As always if I cancel a full refund can be expected. Please allow 2 weeks for a full refund.
